PDA+GPS. I only paid $60 more than the TomTom One and it will do so much more. I bought it from Costco so I can return it if I don't like it anyway.

Seriously, Costco's return policy is great.

When I worked in retail (clothing store), I always hated it when people returned shit they've already used or had for years. There's no reason for you to be returning something if you're using it, that's dishonest.

But people will do what they like, I guess. I do want to know why people think it's OK to return underwear, though.

Nahh.. cheap Blu-Ray player.. even though HD-DVD is going to be better then Blu-Ray. Plus I'm waiting for Motorstorm, its going to be the best PS3 game out there, If you like off-road racing that is. Toys R Us Return policy changed to no returns with out receipt at all. Even exchange electronics.

They're only illegal when you're caught carrying them around...but at your home or when you're not caught, well, that's another story.

Well, in that case it'd still be illegal, you'd just be eluding punishment. Kind of like downloading music and movies and such.

Depends on the state, anyway. I believe California has them banned completely, even if it's just lying around your house. However, I think it's currently the only state with that law.

I'm in Texas...everyone has a knife. Basically if it's not a switchblade [as in push a button and the blade pops out], you're good. It's also a officer discretion thing...so it really depends who you get stopped or searched by. But since I never look like I'm doing anything wrong, I never get stopped or searched. I am aware that could occur in the most inconvenient times, but I'll take my chances. I love my knife, I never intend on hurting anyone with it or taking it out of the house for a stroll. I just like doing the tricks. It's a fun skill that's good for someone with bad nerves. It beats smoking.

It's not enforced. It's an archaic law from older days in the more conservative cities put in place to discourage people from doing it (or adding it on charges for usually well-known political figures and such) but it's really just a leftover that no one bothers to omit because it's never, ever enforced.
