Government to vote on online gambling

I can't understand why the US Government has such a tough time keeping OUT of its citizen's lives. If someone wants to gamble online, it is there own fault if they lose or not. The government shouldn't regulate things like that.

I was listening to radio yesterday and EVERYONE that called up said the same thing. The government does not represent what the people want, just what THEY want. It sucks right now because both parties are shit and electing an independant is hard. We can do it if we try.

I agree. The government has much more important issues like invading our privacy and stripping our personal freedoms.

No I don't think it's illegal, but either way. I heard about it on the news today... I don't gamble online, but people should do what they want, if they put some sort of ban on it, people will do it anyway... It's just dumb that they are thinking about something like this when there are other things that need to be delt with.
