What do you do for exercise?

I'm about to go for a walk with my Dog to the Post Office, but I usually run on the treadmill daily and lift weights every other day. What do you do to stay in shape?

(An amorphous blob is also a shape)

I usually just walk to places instead of driving. I'm not fat or anything anyway.

erm...
riding to school by bike when the weather allows it, preferring bike over parents+car in general when the weather's good and I stay in town (well, two towns and a village more like)
and sitting around most of the day
together, that keeps the shape fairly consant Wink

I was down the shore so I rode my bike I had down there for about an hour. It was a pretty hard ride but I feel the difference that a bike gives you rather than straight running.

I do the treadmill 3 times a week for about 30 min then lift weights 3 time a week as well, now with summer around on week ends i take a ride on my bike. and dont mean to be full of my self but i feel as GOOD as i LOOK :-) lol

I ride my bike everyday to and from different places like friend's houses and stuff. I have a car, but because of gas prices and needing the exercise since summer makes me lazy, I thought it would be good to at least do something other than sit watch sleep and eat.
