Version 4 update

Most of the user functionality is working and done. There are a few things I still need to add, but can do that later.

I've started work on the actual CMS portion of Version 4. Yes, this is different than what I did with Version 2 or 3. Before, I made the forum part first, then added the CMS after. I want to get the CMS done right, then work on the forum.

Either way, they both need to be finished and then integrated with each other.

ASEville's new code base will not be worked on until Version 4 is rolled out. ASEville takes pieces of sections of code so doing that is easy once everything is working and the bugs are out.

As soon as I get the news and articles working, I'll update the Version 4 test site.
