Well, I screwed up and had to take apart some of the gym I put together bringing the total to 5 hours of setup. I put the weights on backwards!

Nice Aron i like your set up, there are advantages and disadvantages to both machine and free weights but i can see in the pic that you have free weights as well so you have the best of both worlds. I use free weights my self but if i had the space i would buy a machine.
