first off based offf the changes i have made to my character he is not part angle or snake demon. secondly experience comew with age being the thirty five year old Mizu-Kage has lots of experience. Third for the mastery of water and ice Kekie genkie its becuase based off the changes i hae made Koji is one of hakus great great grandfathers. Speed comes with masterying the demonic ice mirrors. Strentgh comes from weilding the special blade and working out. knowing the jutsus comes from years of experience and most the ones i use are ones i created using science as a back ground any more wild goose chase complaints?
