I am on a restricted diet and can only have ice cream occasionally 
However, here is my "ice cream-like" treat that I make when I want something cold and sweet. It is quite good:
1 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 packs artificial sweetener
a splash of milk
Put everything in the blender and pulse until it is thick and smooth. It's tangy and good! The amounts are approximate, I just plop so you might need to experiment.

I wish we had some decent ice cream where I live. The closest we have to anything decent is Dairy Queen, and they don't have any flavors. I want flavors!! There was a Baskin Robbins a few years back, but no one ever went there, so it closed down.
