Well I jujst did the same thing and am trying to not be nauseous over myself. No joke, just a sick coincidence. I drank a little tea and have been exercising rapid fire and that seems to be helping a bit. Any suggestions Aron?

I hate going to the gym. I'd rather run every morning (even on the cold mornings) than go to the gym and have to use their showers.
