Anyway, just a question. What country is ASE Forums based in? Is the competition restricted to there or worldwide? Because I'm in Dubbo!!

And another point - someone said ATi/AMD is going to abandon the All-in-Wonder line ... is that confirmed or just suspected?
I wouldn't expect them to do it, because why buy ATi if you're going to cancel out everything (or a major thing) they do? I know AMD want the graphics expertise for their own developments, but I wouldn't expect them to buy a *entire* graphics company and then throw *most* of it away! (or *significant* parts anyway). I was actually weighing up building my next system in July 2007, and was expecting to choose between All-in-Wonder X1900 and All-in-Wonder R600 at that time, so I'd be ..umm rather disappointed if X1900 was the last of the line.

Won't be disappointed to win this one though!! Cheers!

Id like to win this because I'm a 13 year old boy who's trying to get into big - time video editing.Ive been granted to do my A-Levels in IT at the end of next year if I keep at the highest of the year. Im building my first computer (by myself, but equipped with a few books !) and cannot afford to buy the neccesery video card needed for the level of video editing I'm trying to do. As I mentioned, I'm 13, meaning I cannot get a job. I am currently working on a VERY slow laptop, with only 30GB HD and 216 RAM. I can not use my editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Sony Vegas 6.0) as the motherboard cannot take the strain, and crashes after 10-15 seconds of editing, leaving me to have to hard-reset my laptop every month to be sure to even get my homework done.

Im really trying to get the pieces together, but It would take around two years to save, so id be very grateful if you could help me along the way!
