Kaplan IT Learning Acquires Atlantic Link Limited and Atlantic Link, Inc.
Clients to Benefit from a New Range of Global Learning Technology Products and Services
ATLANTA, March 2 -- Kaplan IT Learning, a leading provider of technology solutions enabling organizations to rapidly develop and deploy high quality e-learning and prepare for technology certifications, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Atlantic Link, a leading provider of collaborative rapid e-learning authoring software. The integration of their complementary product portfolio into the Kaplan IT Learning suite of products will allow clients to benefit from an unrivalled range of learning products and solutions.

The acquisition of Atlantic Link supports Kaplan IT Learning's strategy of providing a variety of quality training products, services and solutions across a global market.
